You accept responsibility for your User Submissions and agree not to post any User Submissions that are defamatory, abusive, obscene, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful. You further accept responsibility for not uploading viruses, impersonating Tech Gili staff, invading the privacy of others, or otherwise breaching the rights of others.
By submitting content to TechGilli, you grant us a perpetual worldwide non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with right to sublicense) to display copy, modify (including, without limitation, to translate), distribute, and create derivative works of your Content in any media now known or hereafter devised, for the full term of any rights that may exist in such Content, without any compensation to you.
You further agree that we may use your name, picture, and likeness as submitted for advertising or promoting the content.
Except as required by law, Tech Gili has the right, but not the obligation, to change, remove, or restrict access to any User Submission at any time and for any reason without notice. We are not responsible for monitoring User Submissions. When we are made aware of inappropriate User Submissions, we will take appropriate action.
Note that Tech Gili is a public platform. Keep in mind not to share any information you want to be kept private. We will disclose your identity and account details if required to do so by law.

Repeated infringement of intellectual property rights will be treated seriously, and the said users will have their access to the Site terminated. Legal action may also be initiated against such user(s), and the user infringing the copyright shall be liable to pay the legal costs incurred.
Tech Gili’s Extended Services (webinars, events consulting, additional content) provide you with more benefits and services. When you become a Premium Member and register for Extended Services, you accept that you will keep your login details safe, that you will not allow any other person to access your account, and accept the Liability for any actions that occur using your account.
Premium Services may require payment of fees in U.S. dollars. TechGili reserves the right to adjust pricing with notice to you. Fees do not cover any hardware, internet access, or device costs on your end. Your subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it before the renewal date by emailing support@techgili.com. Fees paid are refundable within 30 days of your initial purchase. After that period, no partial refunds or credits are issued.
Under your Premium Account, you may view, download for personal use, and briefly excerpt Content for internal business use with proper attribution to TechGili. You may not distribute or republish Premium Content outside your organization without explicit permission.
Service Availability
While we will do our best to keep the platform operating, Tech Gili makes no promises or warranties that the platform will always be available when you want or that the service provided will never fail or be available on an uninterrupted basis. Tech Gili makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the extent of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for the Content. If you are unsatisfied with the Service, your only option is to stop using it.
Our Liability to You
TechGili is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, business interruption, or reliance on Content. You use TechGili at your own risk.
In using Tech Gili, you agree to indemnify and hold free from constraint to Tech Gili, its members, and partners free from constraint from any liability arising from the content supplied by you or your breach of these terms. This includes any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees). Resolving Disputes
When any dispute or claim arises between you and Tech Gilli, you and Tech Gilli agree to use good-faith negotiations to resolve the dispute for 60 days, then you and Tech Gilli agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, to be held in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Class action lawsuits are not permitted. Matters under $2,500 would be eligible for small claims court resolution. The time limit to bring a dispute is 1 year from when the issue arises. This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted following the laws of the State of Florida.
We reserve the right to revise these provisions periodically. Notice of such revisions will be posted on this site for 30 days or sent directly to your email address. If you don’t object to such revised terms, you agree by continuing to use Tech Gili that you have read and understood the current version of this page. We urge you to check this page periodically.
